We have 3 packets of your spices: Durango BBQ,Cocoa Nib Rub and Grill Seasoning..What can we use these on?
Does the Grill Seasoning work on meat and fish?

Those three blends are all really versatile! They work on all types of meats and they are great on roasted veggies too! You can use them simply as dry rubs or throw them into a marinade for added depth and flavor! For veggies just coat the veg with olive oil, sprinkle on a little of the blend and throw them in the oven or just throw them into a pan and sauté them!
The Grill Seasoning is all about flavor, it’s the only one of the three without any heat so it is a real crowd pleaser and yes, it’s good on meat and fish!
The Durango BBQ is excellent on pork and ribs and I really like it on roasted potatoes!! You can use it anywhere you want a sort of smoky flavor with a little kick too!
The Cocoa Nib Rub goes on everything. Really.Chances are if I’m cooking and I don’t know what blend to use I reach for the Cocoa Nib Rub. We made it for steaks so it works on meats for sure, and it is delicious on roasted veggies (especially brussels sprouts!!).
